This is my last DR650 wheel, well the last of any DR wheels I have.

This is a cast aluminum DR650 compressor wheel, that has been polished and mounted to an OEM replica billet aluminum oil cap. The cap required some grinding to flush mount the compressor wheel. The screw is counter-bored in.

Let me say that DR never intended for these wheels to be polished as it was a rough casting LOL. But with some patience I managed to get it polished. This is a used compressor wheel, so there is some slight fin damage on the sides where it made contact with the housing I assume. But no chips on the main portion of the fins. And a deep pit that I was unable to sand out. But none the less it's an awesome piece.

The nut is a locking nut. I will also peen the screw to make sure it will never come off.

Pictures never do these thing (or any polished piece LOL) any justice, but here they are. The little white specks are either pollen or lint, it will be blown off before shipping LOL.

I strongly recommend one of these. The polishing job is top freaking notch!

Pic isn't the greatest because I was in a hurry and using my phone. The only problem now is it makes the rest of my bay look dull lol. Makes me realize how bad I need to clean/re-polish stuff.

I'll clean my bay up and get better pics later.
