It has valve train tick and sales dept is throwing in a new engine instead of diagnosing and repairing the noise.

Located in NNJ, I will not ship, it will need to be picked up. Trying to get a feeler to see if there is interest in the entire unit before I break it down and sell it for individual parts

$1200? I have no idea what to price it at.

If you were more local I'd buy it today. I've been watching some Mivec 75s on eBay. I'd like to do one for my next build instead of the 3.5L.
