Ok, So my car is only pulling 10 VAC at Idle (see video). It will stumble on and off when cold.

1) I did Pressure test and unless my vacuum leak is so big I can't hear are feel air coming out of it then Im almost positive I have 0 leaks. I sprayed and brushed water/soap on all connections and as much as I could on the plenum connections and I have 2 very very small leaks at 21PSI (One bubble will form every 2-3 seconds are so), I do not think that is causing the vac problem and another on the BOV connection about the same size at 21PSI. Im going to run the engine and just start spraying carb cleaner everywhere and see if I can find the leak.

2) So then I thought maybe I screwed up the engine build and my rings aren't sealing. So I ran car up, got everything nice and hot and did compression test. Results #1 151, #2 149, #3 155 and I still haven't broken in Engine, Didn't even bother checking the rear bank. I'm almost positive I didn't install the CAMS backwards because I don't think I would have those compression numbers if I did right….?

3) I'm going to go to auto zone and pick up a really cheap vacuum gauge here in a second and rule out the vac Gauge but I don't think thats the problem.

4) Adj cam gears (Stock Cams): I installed the 3SX (New Ones) that are suppose to be zeroed out perfectly. I degreed the engine and I believe I did it right. I got everything zeroed out and then did the +1, -3 like everyone recommends. Could this cause the bad Vacuum if I messed this up. From my readings Vacuum is caused by the Intake stroke so maybe the intake valves are exhaust valves are not opening/closing properly.

So, I'm out of ideas. Any help troubleshooting will be greatly appreciated. Here are two videos and build list below.
Disregard the Wideband. I have no down pipe installed and its just dangling by driveshaft.

What is you AFR at idle? No experience with 1000cc inj at idle, but it sure sounds like you have missing cyclinders, or the cams are adjusted incorrect.

I don't know AFR at Idle. Wideband is yet to be hook up. I have to take down pipe to an exhaust shop so they can fit it. If its missing I don't know why. Its run like this before I changed all the injectors and spark plugs. Im going to pressure one test one more time and hopefully I can find something. If nothing then I guess ill do my best to zero out the cams.

Make sure the gauge is reading correct first.

Update: Well went to check the damn cam gears. Some how my front intake cam jumped 2 teeth forward….the others are good. I think the gauge is good. I know the car is not running ride. For example this was the first start after the build at idle:

You can hear the difference between this and the posted vid above

I thought that was the sound of awesomeness. I thought the same thing but I thought it was because I have no downpipe and just open 02 housings. We will see I guess

Could just be the loudness playing havoc with the camera microphone.

In the first vids you have a v8 lope, and it sounds like weak/missing cylinder/s. Which would be explained by the intake cam being miss-timed.
