I ordered an oil cooler on the Black Friday sale (yup, end of November). By December 22nd, I hadn't heard anything, I sent email and Hans said "Oil cooler kits are shipping out tomorrow. We just got in a new shipment of oil cooler cores."
There was no mention of a delay when I ordered, but fine, my bad for not asking.
Nearly another month and still no oil cooler, no response from Hans to two followup questions. Their website says "order processing".

Earlier in the year, I had ordered some DSM intercoolers from 3swarehouse that were shipped direct to oohnoo for retrofitting. I asked Hans for photos before I ordered and he insisted the website (thumbnail) photos were the actual parts. Then, according to actual photos from Bob, those intercoolers were in rough shape, they would likely leaked, but fine, Bob has to install stock piping anyway, so he's going to charge me a bit more to fix leaks and clean them up.

Is this normal for 3swarehouse? Don't think I'll be ordering anything else after these experiences. Now I just want my oil cooler since the Paypal 45 days is long past.

Sorry. We just had a baby last week and I haven't been into work in over a week to take care of orders. I'm trying to get into work now to finish up back orders. It will ship today or tomorrow.

All of our dsm intercoolers look like they are in the same condition. We've sold them to Bob before.

thanks for getting back to me Hans. I was in no huge rush for the oil cooler, I just wanted communication. I do most of my part buying on ebay or the classified on these 3s websites and those orders ship within a day or two - I was just trying to also use some of the 3s vendor for some new parts.

with respect to the dsm intercoolers, I can forward you bob's photos, but as i said bob thinks they will be fine, just needed more cleanup/repair then just modding for stock intercooler pipes.

Sure... forward them to me at groundzeroperformance@gmail.com

From what I can remember, I had sent Bob a picture of every DSM intercooler I had in stock so he could choose ones for himself that would work best. Not sure what the issue would have been with the ones I sent.
