I enjoyed this one, great visual on how these things work.

I like it. If for nothing else, priming the engine before the first startup. The fact that my car typically spends more time on jackstands than it does on the ground running, it would be well worth the investment to have one.

Thanks for sharing this.

Fixed.

I'll have to watch this when I get off work tonight. Sounds almost like a pre-oiler?

Edit: Now that I'm off work and was able to watch it, seems like an interesting arrangement if you want to stay wet-sump. Seems like it could function in a similar capacity to a pre-oiler for start up, but with added engine protection during running. Question though: obviously it'll pump the oil into the system when oil pressure drops, and sounds like you can wire an electronic switch in to automatically do the pre-oiling function, however what kind of PSI would you want that set to? Factory idle is about what, 10-15psi? Anybody know approximately how much oil capacity it would need to hold to pressurize our system properly, I think a 3qt container may be a bit much.

Erron, are you running anything like this with the dry sump system now?
