Yes I can create one for non-turbo Stealth, as the pinouts are slightly different. The non-turbo have "Induction Control valves", and if it is also automatic transmission "Reduce Torque Request". I just need to know the year model of your vehicle, and it has automatic or not. SL flashable ECU is the ideal ECU for this case.

The ECU connector parts are discontinued, so I can't make any. If someone is parting out their 98 or 99 car, cut the 3 ECU plugs and then I can build one from it.
