Im back, at least this time im not posting a "my car is broken help thread" haha. i recently finished a 15g build on my 95. mods are
15gs from boostmore
chromed ecu
denso 550 injectors
aeromotive fpr
aem wideband
turbo xs bov
aem 340lph e85 compatible pump
hyper medallion exhaust
fresh stock motor and trans with stage 3 daily clutch
made 443awhp on my best run
and i maxed out my maf at about 3900 rpm and my injectors around 5k @ 41psi
like any car guy i will always be wanting more, so now im wondering about e85
my questions are, what injectors should i go with to max out my turbos? will my 340lph pump (hotwired) be able to keep up? i have seen people run e85 on stock lines even though its frowned upon. but for my hp goals is that really needed? (mid 500 is what i want)
also one more question. i will need a new maf if i do this, i have a 501 laying around, should i try that or go right for the 482? like i said i want mid 500whp idk if either of these will be doable.
thanks in advance, mitch

1000cc should max out near 80% idc at that level (550ish). Plus they are pretty affordable too. Im making a tad over 500 on stock system except injectors and pump on e85 no problem.
Id get a gm maf at that power level. It will help with boost control and stability. Who tuned and where? Dynojet or mustang? How much boost?

Me and a friend tuned it. Bought the software and tactrix at the time of the build. I feel like we did a good job with the amount of experience we have (none) haha but it was on a dyno jet at slowmotion. Gm is what I would like but my build budget was 3500. Spent 3k so that is out of the question for at least a few months. Heard some good things about the 482 though and I have access to one for a great price

I made 490 on the 399 maf at 20/22 psi on a 3.0 DR750 e85 build. So, the maf CAN flow enough for that, I'm sure its a restriction though.
The 15G class turbo, billet or not is not going to hit 550 IMHO. 500 would be a more reasonable goal and personally with turbos that size or smaller I'd just get a meth kit. It isn't worth the e85 hassle to get <50 hp.

Completely forgot that he has a td04 class turbo. Agreed with Forest...500 seems more reasonable.

If you switch to e85, replace the stock fuel filter a couple times. Ray cranked out more power than your 15gs will make on stock lines. If you go aftermarket lines/filter, get a 10 micron fiberglass, not the 40 micron stainless that has been suggested in the past. Haven't had a problem once I switched to 10 micron from the 40.
Only complaint with e85 is mileage but I'm WOT at least 60% of the time that I'm driving.
I'll have a set of PTE 1000cc injectors available on the cheap in a few days, once my FIC2150's come in this week. 1000 is a hair large for 15gs but chrome can handle them on gas or e85.
Your fuel pump will be fine for 5-600awhp on e85. You could even lower your base fuel pressure to give it a little headroom if your injectors are large enough.

Thanks for the advice everyone. I was going to do meth instead but next year I would like to do another build and switch to e85 so why not do it now when I have the money lol I already bought those same injectors wish I woulda checked this tread again before I did :/ I bought a fiberglass filter and -8 lines just to be safe. All that's left is the ups guy to hurry his ass up and then tune :D

I need to come to Ohio! It's $2.49 here which is still really good. I'm not using it at the moment though. My parts came in from Cherry Hill today so I can redo the timing belt on my motor.
