12th Annual TX3S Gathering 2014

This gathering has been a train wreck in the planning, so we are cutting it to a one day event. But it will be one awesome Saturday. There will be hotel discounts available for those who want to come in on Friday and leave on Sunday. Always good to hang out those two days, just will not have anything "official" on those two days.

I am still negotiating with the hotel and shirts. Also trying to figure out how many awards to do through the trophy place.

Once I have all of the final pricing, I will set up the online registration with payment.

As last year, this is designed to operate at zero cost. Any remaining money will be divided evenly and refunded to all paid registrants.

For example: TX3S13 cost $1,765.04 to put on, we collected $1,727.03 after registration and sponsors. So I was only out of pocket $38.01. I was fine fronting that for a good event. :)

We have 20 rooms blocked for our event.

Nights available are December 5th and 6th, Friday and Saturday night with Sunday check out.

So, I'm seriously thinking about attending, but with the weather you guys are already having, what's it gonna be like in early December? I haven't been anywhere with temps below 50 degrees since 1998.
I guess what I need to know is what is the cut-off date for the registration and hotel? I can have a better idea of the weather as we get closer to the event. I definitely won't drive my Stealth in snow or ice, so that would be my biggest concern.
