Avatar issue

Alan, I've been trying to change my avatar, but every time I enter a URL in the box and save it, I get "Upload failed due to failure writing temporary file." It's the same thing with a number of different URLs. What do I need to do to change my avatar?

Have you tried saving the image to your local computer and uploading the file from there?

I think I have had a similar issue on other VBB boards and did as Alan suggested and just saved the picture to a file and uploaded it that way. I actually have a folder just for avatars I have used in the past. LOL
