has anybody been able to get the wiring sorted for one of these to work on a 1991 jdm gto so that it can work with the chrome software
I have been offered by blackstealth to make a harness but wondered if there was other options to make it pnp with tactrics

Yep!
I have a 91 GTO motor that's using Chrome ECU.
The stock GTO ecu doesn't support obd2 so a chrome ecu is required to flash tune.

The obd1-obd2 adaptor is also required to use with a tactrix open port 2 cable and evoscan and ecuflash.

www.chromecu.org has the details. As for GTO it covers 91-97 models.

I just read some of your other threads and what I posted probably won't be what your after considering you already have a 99 ecu for your 91 model GTO.
