My fuel pump and MFI relay(videos), are they working?

the first video where the camra is set right next to the fuel pump. im not sure if the sound after the key is turned at acc is the ecs motor in the back or the fuel pump. my friend says its not. but listen closer at exactly 1:31-1:33 mark theres an additional sound that car be heard, faint but can be heard after that loud sound.

The fuel pump only runs when the car is cranking. There is no fuel pump priming in a 3s. That noise to me sounds like your power antenna motor or possibly active exhaust motor.

whats that thing that shops spray into the intake plenum to test fuel pressure, when it gets in the system if the car runs then the fuel pressure is low? how do i do it?
