I have decided to put the forum up for sale as I will be getting rid of my servers as I don't have the time. I moved it from a shared hosting to a dedicated VPS which ended up taking more of my time away. I have too much going on with my new house and all that I need to step away from my Admin role.

The sale will include all the files from the site and the DB files. Currently: Files 162MB and DB 58MB

I wanted to keep the site clean and clutter free which is why only necessary items were installed. The forum also have a custom template built to style it the way it is. This is not the type of thing an inexperienced person wants to tackle. You need to know HTML, CSS, PHP and how to manage a server. The software will run on a shared server but it is not recommended. You will need a VPS to run this site.

You also need to know how to keep the site optimized for SEO. I spent a lot of time getting the site optimized for search engines that the site is now #1 in google ranking searching for "colorado 3000gt":

As of next month "August" I'll be looking at getting rid of my VPS server as I'm tired of dealing with it. If no offers or interest in the forum come in the is looks like that forum will die. I'll keep the DB and files in tact just in case something comes up.

Price updated: $1500.00 gets you everything. That is the lowest price I am willing to go for everything. That price is good until Sept 1st when I turn off the VPS as this is the only thing left running on the VPS.
