Note: Cores in stock right now- (2) 91/92 ; (2) 93/94 ; (3) 96/97. I can easily make a 96/97 work for a 98/99 by removing one vacuum port.
Update: I'm currently getting a lot of bad FIAVs. However, I can fix them so they function again. If I have to do this to your throttle body it will be extra $10 because I have to remove the freeze plug and adjust the the inner part of the FIAV. Then reinstall a freeze plug. If you send in your core, and the FIAV needs to be disassembled, I will deduct $10 from the core refund
I'm back. After evaluating my services, I have really been undercharging for the last couple of years or so. I do more than most, especially when it comes to the exterior. I will clean & paint all the rusty parts that most neglect (dashpot/springs/spring plate). I've rebuilt well over 100 throttle bodies, I have the bills from Cherry Hill, Mil-Spec, and STM to prove it LOL.
Throttle bodies are completely disassembled, cleaned, exterior bead blasted, re-cleaned to get out any rogue bead material, and put back together. All new bolts are used when I put them back together- Stainless Steel Socket head bolts. Throttle plate has been polished. I also re-coat the spring, spring plate, and dashpot (throttle damper) to prevent rust.
TPS sensor has been tested, and the TPS sensor will be set. I do not include an ISC anymore.
I always suggest buying a new ISC if yours is original (aluminum housing). Even though yours may still be good, it's only a matter of time before they go bad. I recommend this particular one: AC99 Idle Air Control Valve IAC | eBay (http://www.ebay.com/itm/380542673467?ssPageName=STRK:MEWAX:IT&_trksid=p3984.m1423.l2649)
If you want an OEM ISC, you can purchase one from here: DSMISC Automotive (New ISC Supplier) (http://www.dsmisc.com/dsmweb-dw/index.html)
If your TB is all original, I can guarantee you the shaft seals are shot, as well as the BISS oring. It has nothing to do with the mileage either, because my Spyder had bad shaft seals at 27K miles. If you have done a TT conversion and used your NA TB, you don't even have reinforced seals... you have a rubber collar oring which will not hold boost.

About Mil-Spec Shaft Seals: Mil-Spec Shaft Seals (http://www.streettunedmotorsports.com/parts/milspec_evo_throttle_body_shaft_seals.htm)
MIL.SPEC's High Pressure Throttle Shaft Seals. Sold as a pair.
These seals keep the throttle plate shaft centered and positioned in the throttle body. When they wear out, they can cause leaks, sticking, and jamming of the throttle plate.
We tested a car on our dyno at STM with OEM leaky seals...
Replaced those seals with the MIL.SPEC seals...
Picked up 20 whp and 20 ft pounds! Holy Boost Leak!
Price is $140 shipped (USA) + your core. International shipping is extra. You can either send your core in first or pay a refundable core charge (see below for core prices). Core must be complete and useable. If you want to keep your sensors, let me know.
Core charges:
*91-92: $50 (the one with the dashpot w/ vacuum line)
*93-95: $60 (the one with the "black hat" dashpot)
*96-99: $75 (if I have a core in stock)
Optional Services:
*Polished: $60
*Vacuum port delete: $15

VACUUM PORT DELETE- For those who have done the Vacuum Reduction
This mod is only for those who have done the vacuum reduction! Tired of the vacuum caps still leaking or dry rotting. Well, I have permanent fix for that. I pull out the vacuum ports, drill and tap them, and put in a set screw. Guaranteed never to leak or rot LOL.
