I don't just disappear. I am a field engineer for a global equipment manufacturer. I get sent half way around the world on a moments notice. I was never more than a week out and refunds were processed immediately upon request. The ban is total bullshit! As far as I'm concerned, you have no right to come on here and start talking shit. You could have very politely declined, or just ignored the post. But no, you have to start shit. If you want to discuss it more, you know how to use the PM system.

Oh jeeze, where do I begin. Since I know you have to log into 3si for the buyer/seller review section, I just quote the OP from the 9 threads that can easily be found. Well, fine if you travel a bunch, still doesn't excuse your lack of communication. Maybe all these transaction have been resolved, but had to pull your verified seller status because of the headaches I got.


I bought a 91/92 oil pan, oil filter housing and front motor mount bracket from him over a month ago. The first week he told me he had the wrong pan and he had a 91/92 laying around that needed cleaned up. I got on him 1 maybe 2 weeks after that about it and he said he had finals and no time to ship it. He said he would ship in tomorrow everything was packed and ready to go. Well 2 weeks later i still dont have my shit! Im so pissed off about this. Why are people so god damn lazy they cant ship the shit out that you payed for! I just want the shit i ordered. I really dont want to make this a legal matter i just i lived closer to this kid so i could get in his face.

Just wanted to rant about this i doubt anything will really happen.


Well, I purchased a polished water neck from him. He PM'ed me on Sept. 3rd saying I would have it the following monday. (Sept 8th)

It's still not here, he hasn't responded to my email or PM's. Unless an explanation is given or the product shows up, I'll have to dispute it with PayPal I guess.

I saw that someone else was having communication problems with him as well, feel free to post in here.

He has a good seller rating, so i'm wondering if personel issues have kept him busy. Robert, if you can see this, please let us know! I'd rather have the water neck than the money back. :)

I purchased a set of 6 injectors from ras463us on March 31 of this year. I paid for them right away but I asked if he could wait about a week to mail them out as I was away and wanted to make sure I was home when they arrived. I was told that was ok and they were boxed up and ready to go out and just to let him know. I emailed on April 17 that I was back and he can send them out on Monday or Tuesday (April 20, 21). On April 20 I received an email stating they would go out "tomorrow". On April 28 I hadn't received anything so I thought I would inquire and see if they were sent out as planned on the 21st and maybe to check the tracking # if they had. I received a response via email on April 29 stating that they did not go out and it was his mistake. I replied and requested maybe getting them sent out USPS priority so I could get them in 2-3 days but did not hear back. I assumed this time they would go out this time for sure. I emailed May 7 again inquiring as I had not heard anything but this time, did not get a response. I even then sent an email to his paypal address (different that the email address we have been corresponding in the past with), and politely requested an update but still no response.

Its been just under a month and a half since I paid so at this point I’m getting worried and I don’t know if there is a problem with sending the injectors out. I realize we get busy and shit happens but an update or a tracking number would put me at ease as I feel I’ve been quite patient thus far. I hate to have to post this here but I’m hoping it helps to open communication on this transaction.


It is apparent from not only me, but from several people who contacted me that this guy is scamming people out of a lot of money. Apparently he sells people parts and never sends them out, never communicates with the buyers, and also does not intend to refund people their money. As in my case i paid him 400.00 for parts and never got the parts and as of today, have not seen my money back. I filed today with local law enforcement an internet fraud case against this guy, so the police will be knocking on his door pretty soon. So if you got taken by this person, please file a claim with paypal and contact law enforcement and he can be charged with internet fraud if he don't return your money. Good luck to all involved.


Long story short he sold me bad heads about 16 months ago. I returned the heads and never got the money back that I paid for it. I'm trying to go through AMEX right now but seeing how it's been over a year I have my doubts.

Sent many emails and PM's, most of them were ignored and some were answered. Here's a recap:

November 2008 I buy the heads from him and after delayed shipping on his part get them in. The heads look mismatched with only new VSS slapped on. Due to the situation that I was in (working on a car 120 miles away from my home on weekends only) we put them on and one of the cylinders has no compression.
Take heads off and turns out one of the valves is bent to the point where you could see light shine through it. Valve was bent before as there were no marks on my piston.

I send him a message, he agrees to return my money. On April 2009 he got the heads back. Here's tracking info

I'm a reasonable guy and he seems to have good reputation here so I wait. But come the fuck on, it's been over a year now since he got the heads back and on top of that he started ignoring all of my messages even though he's still actively posting and selling here.

I can't get a hold of you any other way. I promptly send money for a 1st gen CAS over 4 (!) months ago. You told me it was shipped and that you would send me a tracking number. Never got either. I ask again for the tracking number and you say you are sending another CAS out. Never got it. Then all communication from you stopped. I left a negative feedback thinking you might get a hold of me to settle this, but no response.

So whats up? Just paypal me my money back.

Purchased a crank angle sensor from ras463us six week ago. Said it'd be in a priority box shipped to Australia and to my door in 7 days! Awesome! almost 2 months later NADA. No response to my PM's.

Does anyone know of him and can get in contact with him at all? I really don't want to leave neg feedback yet as he could be going through persona issues or something but just wanted to ask the audience.

Doesnt look like a bad seller from his feedback. I am a student so the $50 it's cost me may not seem like alot to some but to me $50 is alot of cash!


I needed an AC compressor so ras463us PM"d me. He wasn't too far and responded quickly in the beginning. 2 or 3 msgs later I sent him the money. I didn't want to screw around and wanted to get my car up and running ASAP. He said he would pack the same night and ship the next day. This was over a week ago. Since then no tracking number or nothing. He PM'd me once saying it was shipped and I would recieve it this past week but I'm still empty handed. I've filed a dispute via paypal and would warn others not to do business with him.

Some were in 2008, then his seller verification was pulled by the admins. Then he was given a second chance and the threads started piling up again, so I pulled his verified seller status in 2012.

So all those threads span from 2008-2012... of course the threads stop appearing because he hasn't been allowed to sell since 2012 LOL. I'm sure there were more people, because not everybody creates a thread when they have an issue with a seller.

I mean I hope he has changed his ways, but I think buyers should know he has a bad reputation as a seller on 3si.
