Okay so the car is a 1992 VR4
I'm having a straight whine whistle sound from the rears
Symptoms (always apparent)
Do not change under breaking
And stops when the vehicle stops
My question is this rock auto has the whole rear hub with inner bearing for cheap should I just do that? If they are bad

The hubs on rock auto are not the correct ones. They are FWD rear hubs; dont bother wasting your time/ money on them. A bad rear wheel bearing would be a more low pitched whirl or rumble than a whine/ whistle. It could be your rear diff whining or carrier bearings.

I just bought some for my front on cheapbay. I hope they are they do not self destruct like turbos do on there. But a cheap alternative if you are sure its a wheel bearing.

Changed the breaks but it's still there it's latterly a whistle sound like a pad sensor is rubbing but does it all the damn time

My rear bearings went out, and it was a thumping sound. Nothing like a whistle sound.

Have you lowered your suspension? I have a similar noise, replaced my rear hubs and the noise is still there. Pretty sure it's because my camber is off since I lowered the car and I still have the stock non-adjustable control arms.

I lifted the car up and drove it trying to locate noise.. After a few mins the abs light turned on and no more sound
