it's interesting watching societies reaction to this interview compared to Richard Shermans. seems that being a victim is celebrated while being an excited alpha male is vilified. kinda falls right in line with the MO of the powers that be imo.

Bode has gained a bit of class since the last go-'round - what he has been for most of his public life, however, is a weird act.

I have to say, his media interactions this Olympics have been downright normal-ish, to his great credit.

US women had their chances, and played physically and smartly right to the end.

The Canucks netted a few, and our girls did not.

I'd love to have had the one that hit the pipe when Canada pulled their goalie, but the fact it DIDN'T go in was - in retrospect - downright poetic.

Lady luck smiled on Canada, that's all.
