1999 $ 16250
One of my customers has decided that he wants a Porsche Panamera Turbo S so he's selling some of his Mitsu's to make the leap. Before he decides to just simply trade them in, I'm giving them a go to see if we can find an enthusiast who wants them.
So here we have a 1999 3000GT VR4. This is number 152 of 287 VR4's sold that year. I believe he is the second owner of the vehicle and he's had it for at least 5 or 6 years. The car has 69,607 original miles. The vehicle to my knowledge has not been in any accidents and has a clean and clear title. No liens and not salvage!
The car has had the 4 wheel steering deleted with a 3SX delete kit. It does have the stock catback on it but it does have an aftermarket downpipe installed. Stock intercoolers, turbos, injectors, piping, etc. It does have a MAF adapter with an open air filter installed. The clutch IS aftermarket but I do not know what it is. Definitely a heavier pressure plate than stock but not ridiculous like the RPS MAX I had in my personal car. The redrilled stock cam gears that provide the +1 -3 or whatever it was settings is installed on the vehicle along with a new timing belt around 1500 miles ago.
He did have the signature whale tail spoiler removed and an active aero spoiler installed. As an aside, the active aero functionality does not work and the spoiler is permanently installed in the lowered position.
He replaced the OEM wheels with 18" EVO X wheels that have been painted black and are wrapped in Michelin Pilot Sport A/S rubber. Car is black on black on black!
The front seats were JUST reupholstered with fresh leather.
The engine is solid with great compression and minimal leak down values. Heater system works great, AC blows ice cold. No overheating issues. Great oil pressure. Oil change just completed.
In an attempt for full disclosure, the vehicle has the following issues. The paint isn't in perfect shape. The car has unfortunately not been a garaged car and the sun has taken its toll on the paint. The paint is not as bad as many I've seen but it's a 6.5/7 out of 10. The car will need new rear diff bushings as well as under hard acceleration you can feel a little bit of shudder from the rear end. It will also need a new driver side window seal and while the power window regulator has been recently replaced with a new OEM unit, it will need new track guides as the window is a little loose. One of the fog lights is cracked.

This car is not excellent condition but putting it in fair condition isn't valid either. Considering the rarity of this vehicle, we have priced it at what we believe to be a fair value for the car. Asking price is $16,250.

On another note, the car has had just a simple bath before these pictures were taken and the car had sat outside for a year before that. With a proper detailing the paint will look MUCH better. It needs some clay bar loving and the paint will shine once more.
Ah yes, the car also has magnecore wires and the plugs were replaced around 1500 miles ago as well.
