$500 - Complete rear subframe with three-piece driveshaft, two of the subframe mounts (the triangular pieces), and your choice of 5 speed or 6 speed rear differentials. 6 speed rear diff has 70,195 miles on it and would come with shift cables (Can separate this for the right price as well).
Shipping would have to be figured out by the purchaser, though uShip.com is a pretty good place to start from, or I can deliver for a fee.
