Took my car to get new tires mounted and balanced and the installer noted that two of my wheels were cracked. When I went down there to see what he was talking about, we saw each wheel has a seam that runs along the entire wheels. Two of my wheels are cracked on the very inside edge. However, there also appears to be an inspection mark on the seam as well.
Here are two pictures of what I'm talking about. Do all wheels have this seam? I was going to have the cracks repaired, but wanted to post here to see what you guys thought.

Thats a crack. I've never noticed a seam in the stock wheels, are they replicas?

Nope, pretty sure they're all the stock wheels. This is what has me confused... since I don't have any other wheels to compare to (stock wheels I mean)
I don't know what to think, one of the wheels, it's almost impossible to see where the seam is, however, the other three the seam is very visible. it looks like two of them have been repaired before or something because of the small area with the mark. This is the worst crack (on the inner edge of the wheel). The other is even smaller, but I'd hate to hit something hard going down the road and have a wheel cave in. It's very unlikely, but definitely wanted more opinions.

I'm a sad panda... now I don't know if I want to just repair these or just buy a new set of those nice replicas. Ahh well, thanks for chiming in for sure!

Those are replicas.
based on what....??
Post a close up picture of the front of the wheel/lip, I'll tell you if it's a replica or OEM

I'd assume based on the sanding marks and the size stamped on the barrel instead of the hub with no JWL certification.

Post a pic of the front/face of the lip, and I'll tell you 100% if they are OEM or replica
