Sold - Thanks for the responses everyone
Need some help from the community again on this one. I have a dilemma and time is of the essence.
I've got a fully assembled built motor (drop in replacement w/ turbos, etc) that I either sell as a complete unit or break down and sell as individual parts. The dilemma for me is the ease of a sell verses how quickly I can sell the parts individually.
If I can find a buyer for the block or the heads individually, I'll have to go tear down the block and go that way.
I'm open to thoughts and suggestions on keeping it together or selling it in pieces. It's been about 4 years if not longer that I've sold anything on the forums so I'm sure expectations for parts have changed.
The details
Block - $1500 shipped (w/ oil pan, oil pickup, oil pump, rear main seal)
94 4-bolt main
Ross 9:1 forged pistons
OEM crank and rods
Heads - $800 shipped (w/ valve covers, CAS, gears, internals, etc)
92 style with CAS timing
+1mm oversized Ferrea valves
99 style lifters
Before I pulled the motor, each cylinder held perfect compression and it ran flawlessly in the last car that it was in.
If you're interested in either the heads and you'd like the related parts to come with it, I'm sure it wont be a problem.
