these are Rob Beck 13T's
My rear 13T's shaft snapped, so both wheels are destroyed. the compressor housing didn't really get messed up so I'll take some sand paper/emery cloth to it and it will be good as new. I ordered some billet Td04HL 19T CHRA's from KAMAK, but will be reusing my turbine housings, I'm just getting them bored out to fit the HL 9 blade wheels, and ported and polished. now the question, what should I do with the old CHRA's, so what I'll have to sell are the compressor housings, bearing housings, and wastegates and adapter brackets.
The way I see it, I have three options.
1:sell one blown needing rebuilt, and one good one
2:get the rear rebuilt with same wheels as the other one "cast 13T compressor and L turbine"
3:rebuild both with KAMAK internals and whatever turbine/compressor wheel pairs the buyer wants installed.

I'm not in a terrible hurry to get rid of them, so I can sit on them for a little while if I have to. Which option do you guys think would be my best route for selling these, and what are they worth? I got them in a trade so I have no idea what to list them for as they sit.

Giving options to potential buyers is a win win for everybody. The seller gets rid of goods and receives monetary compensation for it and the buyer gets freshly rebuilt snails.

a functional low mile 13T turbo is like $100 on nasioc. you can swap it into your stuff easily

I'm with Gump, that's one of the best things about the 13Ts is that it's cheap and easy replacement so long as the turbine housing didn't get messed up. Unfortunately since you're using the turbine housings for your 19Ts, there's not a ton of value in the CHRA and brackets by themselves since someone would still need to get their turbine housing ported, but you could probably get 300-400 for it.

If I had money, I'd just buy the adapters and brackets from you for a project.
