What motor/car is it from? a vette, right?
I am currently running 3.5" blow through. Thinking about converting back to draw through and the 3.5" maf is too small for the intake bubble.

Pretty sure the 3.5" fits in stock bubble alright. Does the 3.5# gm maf fit stock intake bubble - 3000GT/Stealth International Message Center (http://www.3si.org/forum/f35/does-3-5-gm-maf-fit-stock-intake-bubble-502864/)
But if you're hell bent on the larger of the 3: FULL THROTTLE SPEED - 85MM ZO6/LS6/TRUCK STYLE MAF SENSOR (http://www.fullthrottlespeed.com/itemdesc.asp+ic+02225318411+eq++Tp+)
Used: gmmafparts [ECMTuning - wiki] (http://www.ecmtuning.com/wiki/gmmafparts)

it can fit with a coupler or two but i dont want to rig up something that could potentially leak. i have held them together and it is quite the difference in size.

this unit is a 5 wire unit. the first link you posted mentioned an adapter harness. is this how ray and everyone else with the 3.75" mafs did it? or is there a 3 wire 3.75"?

i don't think they make a 3 wire 3.75, you'll need the adapter.

We use the 3 to 5 wire adapter harness. Keep in mind there is a $50 core charge for this sensor.

Since matt made 1000awhp through that bubble I don't see how bad it can be.

Like I said in the other thread. Stick a vac gauge on your intake tube with and without a MAF. I doubt there more than a few people that will notice a difference.
