Customer's 6 spd AWD trans we are rebuilding and upgrading with our Ninja 8620 hardened Output shaft (and matching TC input spool), new OEM 2nd gear and 3 piece synchro set, 1/2 hub/slider, 3rd gear and synchro, and 3/4 hub slider, and OEM input shaft bearing.

He also sent a Pampena Bell housing brace for us to weld in. It turned out so nice I wanted to share a picture since there are not too many installed/welded pics out there for people to reference when they need to show a shop how to install it.

It looks pretty nice! Do you have more info about your output shafts? I looked at your webpage, but what can they compare to?

It is used in high power off road shafts. It's pretty rugged stuff. I am not a metalurgist so I can't tell you what is stronger than what. I just researched and found this to be used a lot for high TQ applications so I use it. I know it is stronger than OEM. Strong as or stronger than 300M I have no idea.
I have sold a lot of them, and even in the 18 spline. No complaints yet.
