So I finally got the bulk portion of the site online. I still have a few more things to add in but it is completed enough to make the announcement.

I will start to take orders now on a one person at a time basis. I do not intend to get swamped with peoples parts and not be able to deliver in a timely manner. I am the only one doing this and I work a full time job so these dips get done in my free time. Parts such as valve covers and plenums can take 2-3 weeks, maybe sooner depending on the amount of work needing to be done to clean it and prep in.

My tank is only big enough right now to handle valve covers and plenum sizes. Anything larger will have to wait until I get a larger tank which may be a year or so as I am planning on building a garage soon.

Pricing for parts is as follows and based off of you sending me a core to dip:

Valve cover - $100.00 + Shipping The cover must be somewhat clean. If you send me a valve cover that looks like the blow one I will charge more due to the additional worked needed to clean it out. A cover like this needs to go through the blasting cabinet to clean out the build-up which means the oil baffles need to be removed and later replaced. I valve cover like this you are looking at $150.00 for me to even touch it.

If the valve cover looks like this one, then I do not need to blast it. So I won't need to remove the baffles and no additional work needs to be done:

Plenums - $120.00 + Shipping Only the top side of these is dipped since it is almost impossible to 360 degree dip these. I will tape off where the pattern ends and clean it up to have a smooth transition line when the pattern ends and the base coat begins. I can back fill the letting on the plenum for an additional $10.00 in any standard color you want.

Timing Covers - $60.00 for both + shipping Due to how these have to be dipped it is best to not use a tight straight pattern like carbon Fiber. I have to change directions during the dip which will change the direction of the weave. A cross hatch pattern would probably work OK.

Spark Plug Covers - $30.00+ Shipping The black stock covers cannot be done. I have tried multiple times and each time air gets caught due to the concave shape. Best to only have flat aftermarket plug covers done like the ones I did for Ninja Performance.

Plastic trim and engine parts - Let me know what you want done and I'll work up a price. plastic parts are easier to do as no real prep work needs to be done on them.

All parts are painted in a High Temp Ceramic paint good up to 500 degrees. All parts will get a clear coat to protect the graphics in your choice of Gloss or Satin. Gloss Clears get cut and polished at no additional charge.

All raised lettering on covers and plenums get sanded down to the aluminum. if you want a valve cover shaved let me know as I can shave the lettering off for additional cost.

If you have other non-3S parts you want dipped let me know and I'll work out a price.

I will not ship back a part if I see any issues with the way the graphic laid down. I will re-dip the part as needed until the part is how it should be. I will not mail back crap!!

So lets start a list here of who is wanting parts done. Please add yourself to the list and let me know what you want done. The list starts with those who IM'd me earlier about getting parts done:

Yeah, once painted they come out pretty smooth. Here is what mine looks like right now. I did sand it a bit but not much:

Hey, do you know when are you going to be back at it again? I have an old cb350 motorcycle tank I'd like done. I don't know what design I'd want on it though. Do you have a list of options or anything?

Well things have warmed up, but I am completely packed up right now as my house is on the market. So as soon as I sell this one and get into my next one, I'll be able to start doing parts again. I'm hoping this will not take long but I'll keep everyone posted.

I still want to have you do my belt covers. :)
.. and maybe a few other key parts. :suspect:

How does this hold up on a part exposed to the elements?

I use an automotive clear coat so it should hold up just as good as your cars clear coat. My CF dipped valve cover, plenum and timing belt covers are holding up great on my engine. The car has sat outside in the weather all winter and I have put about 5k miles on the engine so far. Parts look the same as when I installed them.

That is good to know!

In that case; my list of what I want to send you is:

Timing belt covers
Rear center garnish.
the side rear brake inserts.
