More Hydro Dipped Valve Covers For Sale!

So here are the valve covers I dipped to show at BRG this year. I hope everyone that made it this year was able to see them first hand and loved how they looked. I am currently getting things set up to start taking custom orders and should have things up and running in the next week or so.

So on to the parts I have for sale now.

All parts are cleaned, stripped and blasted "if needed". When blasted the oil galley baffles are removed to clean them out and the re-attached later.

The paint used is a high temp ceramic paint good for up to 500 degrees. All parts are cleared in the same type of paint after they are dipped. The paint once fully cured is just as strong as the paint on your car and will withstand the same abuse as the paint on your car. After the paint and clear has cured it is cut and polished if a gloss clear is used.

I can do a white/black CF. Can't really do a pearl as it would just come out white after dipped and cleared. I don't have a ceramic pearl clear to use so it would just be a gloss clear.

That was a very slow dip so that the pattern didn't stretch. That was the first time I did a plenum and I'm really happy it cam out that good.

Lol, I had my roommate do it while I was at work. He said the box looked like Ace Ventura delivered it, but that it was wrapped to hell and back on the inside lol.

Got here pretty quick too. Looks awesome on the motor, hope it doesn't clash with the other colors in the bay. I am excited to see the final look.

Yeah, the only box I had to fit it was really thin cardboard.

I almost just bubble wrapped it into a ball and mailed it that way. Guess the Fragile marking on it really doesn't mean shit, hence the reason for insurance...LOL
