1994 video showcasing many cars, including Mitsubishi GTO MR. Video also contains interesting comparison between stock brakes and the factory option AP 6-pot brakes with 330mm discs.

The above link is notoriously slow, here is the video split into smaller segments (thanks to arthur92710 and MR2 for uploading the files):

interesting how the small brakes work just as well if not better in all cars....??

MR2

Depends on how you drive/where you drive etc, small brakes seem fine for a while :)

The smaller brakes faded a fair bit compared to the AP 6-pot, after repeated abuse they're essentially useless lol

when i was talking about the smaller brakes vs big brakes i meant initially they seemed to work just as well. we can see that as you stop over and over again due to the larger mass of the rotors and the better ventilation, pads etc the heat build up is less. But you'd think that having larger rotors, giving you a larger braking torque and the 6 pot offering more surface area and biting force that even initialy at cooler temps the AP should have a profound advantage.... Anyone?
I could do it. Where would you prefer it uploaded to?

*EDIT*
Really there's no point to a single file. What would be better is translation. Voice over or subs.
Anyone have any Japanese friends?

Iron chef is a Japanese cooking show that has really terrible english over dubbing. It's actually a very good show.

Youtube has a 15 min limit. Watching in parts is not bad. They have been up for about 2 days and average about 70 views each.
