Bolt on Turbos and Standalone (programmable computer)

I'm looking to buy bolt on turbos for stock 92 stealth that'll make over 400hp and a computer preferably AEM Standalone plug and play. Don't care if they are used as long that they are in good working condition and not beat the deal out of thanks (:
