Cars, Engineering and Other Ramblings: You Will Never Quote 0-60 Times Again (http://axlesinfo.blogspot.com/2013/06/you-will-never-quote-0-60-times-again.html)

I have always enjoyed writing, I thought I'd put up a web log and have an 'out' for this energy.

Grad school just let out for the summer, so I'm making these posts after work. We'll see how long the updates keep coming.

Anyone else like to write?

Alex

I have a web blog but it isn't active these days because of my move. Hopefully soon I will pay the hosting company to turn on everything again...

As I mentioned on Facebook, this is great stuff and I hope you keep it up. Maintaining a web log is so much more time consuming than it sounds.

Glad you're following through on this, Alex.

I enjoy writing, but I don't have the patience or discipline to blog.

I don't find myself so inspired anymore - a friend of mine who publishes the weekly paper here has tried for years to get me to do a column, but I've had to beg off; I can't count on being inspired to write something once a week, and the idea of collecting a backlog of ideas strikes me as dishonest.

There are days, though, when I can't write enough, it seems...

Edit:

I guess I should say I really don't like to write - I just can't help it sometimes. :p

You should just try it, once. Maybe you'll enjoy it or maybe you wont, but it's worth a shot.

I don't know how to limit myself.
