Hello! A few issues with idle and end engine flooding..

I'm Stoney, nice to meet everyone!
Just got my 93 3000gt SL yesterday.

LOVING IT so far, except for a few minor issues...

Sometimes when starting the vehicle it floods with gas and you can smell it terribly, if you push the accelerator pedal in, it starts right up.
When going from park to drive, the vehicle revs low, then goes to about 700rpm

Going back in to park from drive, it revs to around 1500 then back down to 700 - 900

I'm thinking IAC?
I haven't checked the plugs, I know it's running rich..

What are your guys's thoughts?

So examined spark plugs..
I do believe i've found my issue...

I will upload pics of the three I could do without gaskets.

So when you pull the plenum do the rest of the work for the IAC. Test, clean, clean TB.
