96 VR4 problem

Okay guys need some help here

This is a 96 VR4 stock car, the car is not in the best maintained shape. Car only runs and idles with MAS unplugged. Runs in default mode and it runs "good"prolly rich as we smell fuel.

MAS replaced 2x (one brand new), nuttin.
IAC replaced with my good IAC from running car , plugged MAS back in and reset computer, nuttin!
Put in my known good ECU in (same exact part number) nuttin!

Whats going on here?

Can it be MAP sensor < 96 thing.
Big boost leak?

Notes , mechanic cleaned out TB replaced o-rings, tested all the wires related to mas to map to ecu , all good.

I believe he map sensor is to monitor the egr valve for obdII.

Any chance it's losing power to the fuel pump?

That's what I was thinking... dead fuel pump.
