I'm putting together my harness to connect a 92 VR4 to a 99 clone ecu. Can someone help with the following questions?
1. What are the pins on the 99 ECU that control the radiator fans? Is there a writeup somewhere how to connect these to the 92 and give ECU control of the fans?
2. Pin 7 on the Clone is the Active exhaust out. What pin on the original harness does this go to?
Does anyone have a link to a 99 ecu pinout so I can make sure I didnt miss anything?
Thanks!

Found pinouts here: Stealth 316 - ECM pin assignments (http://www.stealth316.com/2-ecu-terminals.htm)
Pin 7 on active exhaust looks like it should go to 102 on the 92. (Active Exchaust control unit)
Pin 17 is Radiator Motor Relay - Hi
Pin 18 is Radator Motor Relay - Low
Posting this in case anyone else ends up needing this.

are you running a jester ecu with the 92 connectors or a 99 clone with a adapter harness?

Jester 99 clone with an adapter harness.
In theory I have to pull a wire from pins 17 and 18 of the 99 ecu into the engine compartment and run them to the Hi and low fan relays in the vehicle. I haven't read up enough yet to see which color wires in the engine bay I tie into or how to bypass the switch on the radiator itself.

if you search the big chrome thread the answer is in there. I setup my 92 like you want to.

I found the thread.. It was like 166 pages! Took about 3 hours to get through but it was worth it because there was some other info there.
For anyone reading this, heres the radiator fan fix... Credit goes to Jester and Forest Gump.
The wires should be located in connector A-55. This is located above the radiator fan by the left side of the radiator (looking at it from in front of the car...)
So basically on the 1st gen pin 3(blue with black stripe) in A-55 instead goes to pin 18 on the 99 ECU plug and 1st gen pin6 (green with black stripe) in A-55 instead goes to pin 17 on the 99 ECU plug. Make sure pin 1(black) and 4(blue with yellow stripe) are still plugged in on A-55, only pin 3 and 6 should be re-routed.
If you do it this way you don't even have to remove the thermo sensors. They are electrically removed from the circuit and won't affect anything. Plus if you want to go back to stock it will be an easy retrofit.

THANKS! Perfect. I want to do this. (my thermosensors are broke LOL)
All i need now are the pinouts for the jester ecu i have. (its a 99 with 93 connectors)
I think Adam may be able to get me that information since he designed the board...
