Hey everyone.

For sale is a custom fabricated exhaust manifold that I used for my single turbo VR4. Currently it is flanged for a 60mm wastegate. (HKS GTII or comparable knock off).

The turbo flange was originally a T6 turbo that fit a BorgWarner S400 with an 80mm inducer. Currently the manifold is flanged with a T4 so that other more practical turbos can be used. There is space to place anything from a S400 down to a S200. In the Garrett family this is support a GT30 to a GT47.

I will be as transparent about the manifold and setup as possible. Just shoot me a PM.

The manifold will not bolt up with a first gen AC compressor. I do not run AC with this manifold.

No downpipe. It was used in another project I have going on.

The manifold features a twin scroll design for pulse optimization.

It also has 2.25" primaries and 2.25" secondaries to the turbo. It is made of 304 stainless.

This is for the manifold only. I would like $1,100 USD plus shipping to the contiguous 48 states.

I will include a How To on the installation and tips for turbo selection and down-pipe fabrication.

This manifold is not for the faint of heart. It will require some fabrication of the down-pipe and intercooler piping. The car this manifold was previously on was running a T4 BWS400-75mm and E85 and made 533whp on 14psi.

Here are some pictures of the set up.

Please ignore the stool and the Lotus... They are not included. HAHA

You don't happen to have anymore pics of it installed on the car do you? I'm curious about the clearance it has on different things. I've wanted to do a single turbo build but decided an over the transmission mount would give too many heat issues. In front would be more ideal like this and IPS' setup. I'm a long ways out before I would have the time to fab anything though.

Thanks guys! Sure. I'll get some more pictures of it installed. What clearances did you have in mind to check?

In general so I have an idea how much room I would have for a downpipe and anything else that might run closely along the pipes. It's probably more of a how much do I want to modify it to where I want it type thing. I had a non-divided manifold side setup in case I wanted to run a quick spool valve. I'll probably be getting rid of the DR-950s and wanted to build something from scratch if I had time so I've debated if this was something I would want to start with.

Here are a few more pictures of the welds and such.

The manifold was done well. Just for reference... the turbo is a S400 with a 1.32 AR T6 with a 96/88 turbine... So... its huge and come a lot closer to the radiator than most turbos that people will select for their cars.
