Part out of 93 RHD Euro TT

I'm seeing if there's interest in parting out my Euro TT. Car runs and drives great it has some minor wiring problems which is the main reason for the part out. I would need most of the parts to be spoken for before I start taking it apart since I will only have 48hrs to strip the car due to space and tools.
121,00 miles on I think is a 4 bolt
Drivetrain is a 5spd
Full removable glass roof
Most of the RHD interior parts are in good shape the seats are all torn

What are you looking for on the driver's seat and motor/bracketing/buttons/etc. (Basically anything involved with the functionality of the automatic driver's seat)
