Nothing crazy in terms of mods but here are the cliffs:

LPE / ATI Upper & Lower Pulleys
Mild Boost Cam Pkg
IPS Ported & Polished Blower Snout & TB
Pfadt Carbon-fiber Prop-shaft
100% Stock Exhaust

She put down 622rwhp and 595 ft/lbs and sounded great going it :)

Yes. Headers would add another 30-40hp with the cam upgrade. For reference, the car made essentially the exact same power with no cam but with headers and x-pipe. I only added the cam because it sounds bad-ass :)

We didn't this car but we have done many stock ZR1's (Including Graham Rahal's :) ) and they are all have been in the 550-560rwhp range.
