*** 91-95- SOLD ***
*** 98/99- AVAILABLE ***

Up for grabs are two highly polished throttle bodies, a 91-95 TB and a 98/99 TB.

Throttle bodies are completely disassembled, cleaned, exterior bead blasted, re-cleaned to get out any rogue bead material, polished, and put back together. All new bolts are used when I put them back together- Stainless Steel Socket head bolts. Throttle plate has been polished. I also re-coat the spring and dashpot (throttle damper) to prevent rusting.

ISC and TPS sensors have been tested, and the TPS sensor will be set. The ISC have also been cleaned. Since a majority of the ISCs are the original I don't guarantee them. But they do test within specs.

If your TB is all original, I can guarantee you the shaft seals are shot, as well as the BISS oring. It has nothing to do with the mileage either, because my Spyder had bad shaft seals at 27K miles. If you have done a TT conversion and used your NA TB, you don't even have reinforced seals... you have a rubber collar oring which will not hold boost .

New parts:

Mil-Spec Throttle body shaft seals (2)
New throttle plate shaft screws with Loctite Red and peened
BISS screw, o-ring, and plug
ISC/IAC o-ring
ISC bolts
FIAV o-ring/gasket
FIAV bolts
Dashpot bolts
New OEM Throttle Body gasket- the metal one

Is there anybody else that would want a complete rebuild kit, it would be $17 to ship it. I can fit 4lbs in a small flat rate box, so if anybody else wants a kit over there now would be the time.

$75 shipped... includes all the gaskets/orings/shaft seals/BISS and also all new mounting hardware. But it will be about couple of weeks because I need to order some more stuff from Cherry Hill.

Just let me know if anybody else wants in, I have the shaft seals in stock but only order 8 rebuilt kits from Cherry Hill last time... just got my last order in on Saturday and I only have 2 kits left LOL.

Is that my old TB?

No, I did mange to get all the damn RTV out of the ports though... what a bitch. Your's had the three vacuum port in a row, unlike the 91-94 which are off centered.

Lol, I figured you had fun with it. What year was the one you gave me? Mine was a 95.

Yeah it really pissed me off, the sealant was everywhere, I'm surprised your car ran normal... it was even blocking some of the BISS port on the inside.

I sent you a 95. The 91-95 are all interchangeable, the housing changed in 95 but they are mechanically the same. I actually prefer to polish the 95 versus the 91-94 because they are easier. 96/97 have the same housing but the vacuum is configured differently. And the 98/99 have the same housing but only two vacuum ports.

If you do a complete vacuum reduction, you can use any 91-99 VR4 throttle body.
