1999 $ 18500
Well guys its been a long time since I've been on here.
My father passed away 3 years ago and I've decided its time to move on and let go of his 99 VR-4. I've said my good-byes and theres no sense in having two 99's...
His car is a Pearl White on Tan interior Mostly stock VR-4 with 41k miles. Clean Title. He was running 19T turbos on his car. I have since pulled them and had my 9b's freshly rebuilt and put in the car, Turbos have less than 2 hours running time, spool and sound great. Only running waste-gate pressure for now.
Stock Fuel pump that is hotwired, and stock 360cc Injectors.
It does have an Air Intake filter that I put on since I couldn't find the original airbox.
Stock BOV.
Battery was relocated to the inside middle of the car.
3inch Down-Pipe to 3 inch exhaust Single barrel on each side, ATR perhaps? Sounds much meaner than my car does...
Only electronics on the car include a kenny-bell boost a spark system.
And a laser Jammer system which includes two front jammers hidden in the mouth of the car(It'll try to find more info on the manufacturer)
Turbo Timer (H&K I believe)
Anything else pictured has since been removed.
Rides on Intrax Springs.
Cianci Fiberglass Viper hood, with functioning Air Scoop that ducts air to the air filter, includes hood pins.
He replaced the 99 Center Garnish to a center garnish that Says "GTO"
Has base 99 SL Wheels which are 17inches as I sold his stock 6 spoke chromies to help pay for some of his medical bills, and bought the base 99SL wheels to get him back on the ground. The Current rubber is only good for driving around town, wouldn't trust it for much else.
Checked the compression on a cold engine while turning her over a few times to build oil pressure before starting her after it sat for 2 months took the opportunity to put in New spark plugs.
Numbers as follows:
154-152-155
155-156-153
Fresh Oil change.
Car was started and run for a few minutes atleast once a month in the garage, but not driven since my step mom doesn't know how to drive a manual.
60k has not been done since its sitting at 41K
Car runs cool, builds perfect oil pressure identical to my other 99.
Leather is in great shape, however the driver seat does show a small bit of wear in the corner from getting in and out, very common.
Could use a new Shift boot, and I've removed that tacky gauge pod from the pillar, I have a replacement A-pillar from the dealer as well since the one it has now has holes for the wiring of the gauges.
Only problem with the body is that it looks like some arsehole pushed a shopping cart into rear bumper in one spot which is pictured.
Thats everything I can think of off the top of my head. The car is in amazing shape, and is in even better shape than my RED 99 VR-4 with 12k miles...
Theres something about Pearl White thats soo clean, and considered keeping it as a daily driver, but I just can't justify it and could use the money for grad school, I'm not in a rush or hurting to sell her so please don't low ball me
Pricing it at $18,500, I have a bottom line price but its not too far from that so please don't waste my time.
I'll post a video and some more interior pics soon.
Car is located in South Florida in broward county.
