Please take a look at the pics of my ECU and tell me what this is????

are my capacitors leaking? not only there are white stuff on the capacitors but those white stuff are under other components too... i have compared crx, wrx, miata ecu's to mine and those ecu's dont have any of that stuff.

i have circled them in all the pics pls lmk if i have a bad ecu or thats just something mitsu uses for whatever purpose it is...

the ecu is a 94 tt btw

That's just the waxy conformal coating used to keep humidity from corroding the board.
I didn't see anything wrong in those pictures

The capacitors that leak are the black cylinders. When they leak it's a black goo and its smells nasty. From what I can see of your caps (can only see 1 in those pics) they look fine.

Correct. When they make the board they dip in in the coating and let the extra run off before it cools and drys. Think about that it would look like if it was dipped in chocolate rather than the waxy coating, it would cling like that too.

That's not the cause or a symptom of the problems your having. There may still be ECU issues but they aren't visible in those pictures and may not be visible at all, not all failures are.
