Not sure if this has been done on a dedicated thread before, but I'd like to post up what everyone running an ARC2 has for their settings. And if it has been done, i sure as hell cant find it. There's bits and pieces everywhere but nothing dedicated. For people like me who swap injector sizes and flip flop between 91/93 pump gas and E85 or any other fuel for that matter, to use as a reference or starting point in their tuning. I'm currently about to swap to e85 but not sure where to start with settings. So lets indicate injector size, fuel, turbos, boost, Id also include MAF, and of course your ARC2 settings. Or even if you remember past settings on other set ups, lets see em! So lets post up!!

I'll have to look tomorrow or as soon as I can remember. I've been through 550, 650, 720, and 1000cc settings but don't remember them all. Currently I have 720s on E70. I'll update this post when I get to it. The LOW and ACCEL are the trickiest knobs to fiddle with and make the car happy when swapping injectors but once you understand what's going on it's cake.

INJECTORS: Denso 720cc
FUEL: EK2 fuel rail loop, hotwire Aeromotive Stealth 340lph fuel pump, E70
MAF: 92mm Ford Cobra/Lightning MAF
TURBOS: MTC Devastators
BOOST: 18/19 psi limited 12.2:1 WOT AFR
ARC-2 SETTINGS: -1 -7 +8 +4(Maxed out adding 20% fuel i.e. need 1000s, AFPR, or a different engine management to throw more than 20% fuel at the car)

All mods the same except running E40 fuel and 23 psi my ARC-2 settings were roughly -3 -7 +8 +2 going off memory. All I had to change was the low and accel.

A couple of base settings for 91-93 pump:

Lucas 550cc +2 -7 -1 +1.

PTE 680cc +1 -7 -2 +1.

Denso 660cc -2 -7 -2 +1.

RC 550s +1 -7 +2 +2.

Denso 720cc -1 -7 -6 +2.

If you ever have to mess with your settings to get the car to start and run because it's too lean or rich, and then again change the settings once it's warmed up make sure you fix every single boost/vacuum leak whether it's small like a wastegate hose that needs a clamp or zip tie to a coupler that needs tightened down. If you don't fix those things the car won't run rock solid and you'll blame the ARC-2 for it when in fact you never have to change it if your car is running right. MID always always stays at -7 no matter what. Changing fuel whether you add race gas, ethanol, bigger injectors, etc only takes 5-10 minutes to retune. If you're talking longer than that you don't understand what the knobs represent and how they affect each other because it's real simple.
