Swaybars AWD 3SX Addco Sway Bars TT / VR4*-*Mitsubishi 3000GT*/*Dodge Stealth Parts (http://www.3sx.com/store/comersus_viewItemBundle.asp?idProduct=30177)

Well leave it to 3SX to demand the best! We have gone and re-re-re-developed the rear swaybar again! Working directly with Addco's development team on-site and on a complete car we have reworked the rear bar to be the best fitting rear bar ever! And further we have designed it to work with FACTORY OEM ENDLINKS! We went through FOUR separate configurations tweaking each one to be "just right" so installation and fitment are top-notch! We do still recommend simply dropping the rear subframe for the easiest installation, but the fitment is excellent with no interference with the undercarriage, trailing arms, halfshafts, main driveshaft, etc.

With all that in mind, we are now offering BOTH the 3SX / Addco AWD Swaybars at unheard of savings! These are IN STOCK and ready to ship!

No hammering floor pan to install?

How do they fit on a car lowered 2-3"?

What about cars with aftermarket driveshafts?

Here are a series of pictures showing the bar installed on a lowered VR4 with the suspension fully loaded. The car runs a PST driveshaft.

As for sale, we never know how long the sales will run, but likely a week or two tops then it will be on to the next sale ;)

Thanks,

idk but neither the pictures, nor the description give me answer to my question.if the pictures would have been taken the suspension fully compressed then I would have better idea whether or not it hits the driveshaft under hard acceleration.

My car on the same coil overs squats to the fenders, the ones in the 3sx pic is like 2" away from fenders.

Mine sits static like the rear ones on the lift, "fully loaded"? Push them into the fender wells some.

Go to 0:17 seconds to see. Thats just with 300 hp and a roll out to full throttle. Tein rear springs are twice as stiff as stock and probably close to twice as stiff as most lowering springs.

Coop, I could see paying that for two bars going all the way across the country.

There must have been a glitch in the matrix.. I had a $309 order with $24 for shipping. When I added the sway bar and recalculated shipping it jumped to $198!

I removed the bar and bought the rest of it. Now going back and looking at shipping for the bar alone it's $35.

Hmm.. I guess I'll just make a second order..

Hey Uniuno,
It's not a glitch, it's just that the cart can't calculate for multiple boxes. So when you add the sway bars and then pretty much ANYTHING else, it sizes itself into the "oversized" category and the rates jump. You can easily place two orders and put in the comments to combine and we'll combine them on this end before shipping out.
Thanks,
EricB

Ummmm, that's the textbook definition of a glitch.

I was sort of thinking the same thing lol....or just f-ed up.

Ummmm, that's the textbook definition of a glitch.

Technically, according to the Wiki:
"A glitch is a short-lived fault in a system. It is often used to describe a transient fault that corrects itself, and is therefore difficult to troubleshoot."

Thus green-lantern is actually more correct... It's just a fnk'd up part of the cart that we are well aware of but do not have the means to fix.

Thanks for the clarification Eric,

I'll report my findings about the fitment when I get it installed. It will be a while though.

So Eric, the test fit car, was there any launches done to see if everything cleared when the car squats?
