Who is in charge of seller address verification?

I uploaded my info including a copy of my driver's license on teh 28th of OCT. It is still sitting there. In the instructions it says they are doing verification once per day.

I appreciate the added security it adds to the buying process, however, 6 days is too much to leave someone's personal information sit.
