Easy way for slow people like myself to post how-tos for the site?

Thought I'd post some of my how-to posts that I've written, but can't find an add button on the page, and searching "how to" and variants just says that the words are too common. How do we add/submit tutorials for the site?

Just post them as a thread. If they are good enough we'll move them over.
