    Installed Stack Pro-Control Gauges

I installed some new Stack Pro-Control Gauges (boost, water temp, and oil pressure) and thought I would share. These things are pretty cool, they don't require a control module like defi's. Each gauge can trigger 2 separate functions (e.g. the water temp can act as a 2 stage fan controller). Each gauge has 4 warning levels (2 low and 2 high), which will change color to any color you preset for level 1 warning and flash at you for level 2 warnings (hi and low colors can be different). In the pictures below the blue is what I choose for my low warning color and red for high (car was off so water temp was cold and I haven't hooked up the oil pressure sensor yet). It also has a peak recall that is remembered even after you turn the car off (as you can see my car is having some overheating issues )

My one issue with them is that they are bright! In this shot you can see them next to my EL gauge cluster overlays (which used to match perfectly with my posports in white):

I'm not sure if they can be dimmed...the instruction are kinda unclear about the dimmable lighting mode. "Dimmable: In this mode, the white wire is used to set the intensity of the dial lighting from full brightness down to off." I'm not sure if that means they are dimmed or if it just turns off the lights.

    P.S.
You can also choose the color of the gauges during normal operation (not in warning mode), I just like white. But you can choose from red, green, yellow, blue, purple, turquoise and white.
