    Coolant hoses

Looking to order some custom replacement hoses for all of mine at some point, starting with the heater core and reservoir lines first. I did some measuring, which I'm not great at it and it's hard to read the sizes accurately especially measuring old hoses. Here's what I have, ballpark figures. Can someone help me out with the exact sizes?

    Radiator Hoses
    32mm - 35mm ID
    2.5ft each length

    Heater Core Hoses
    16mm - 18mm ID
    2.5ft each length

    Reservoir Hose
    8mm - 10mm ID
    2.5ft length

Right now I'm debating on either silver or clear. Both would be rare. Clear would be cool because you can see the coolant flowing and the monitor the condition and it's cheaper than the killer glass option. Both are more expensive than any other color silicone option, so I want to make sure I order the right sizes.

Where would you be purchasing this hosing from? Are you sure it would stand up to the heat/pressure?

If there is no air in the lines, you wont really see it "flowing".

I'm still shopping. Only found them on amazon and ebay so far. All silicone hoses I found are supposed to be good up to 450 degrees.

I think there will always be some small air bubbles or some kind of particles to see the flow. Seeing the color would be cool. Would be helpful to show if you had a leaking headgasket or just old coolant. Either option is also for cosmetic reasons.

If I had more free time, I'd just go to the auto store and have them cut me off an inch or so in different sizes to test fit them, but I'd rather not make the mess in their parking lot. I'm just looking to try something different and hoping someone knows the right sizes.
