How to girlify an ammo can.

So I acquired an ammo can recently and told the wife about it while she was visiting her family in Michigan. I told her I was going to prime and paint it some form of camo. The next words out of her mouth were a surprise:

    "Pink!"
    "Excuse me?"
    "Paint it pink!"
"You are out of your fucking mind, woman."

I played it off and went out and got some primer, gloss and three shades of pink/red. Sanded it down a bit, primered it and this is the result.

The look on her face when she came home was priceless.

How did you go about painting the digital camo? Did you have a stencil for it or something?

Yes, it was a stencil I simply googled digital camo stencil, found one and printed it out on heavy card stock paper and spent about 2 hours cutting it out. Lay down one color, let dry, rotate stencil 90 degrees and make sure to overlap the patterns a bit.

    Simple
