Flat tires are your worst enemy. And you need a decent amount of strength/flexibility to maneuver it in and out of the car.

My Asian person fits back there just fine. Of course she is a woman and flexable, but what else would you want from a gimp? LOL

I don't encourage the lost of a trunk for subs. Simple thoughts: do you have expensive rims on your car? If you do, do you have AAA? If you do, then I would pull the spare tire out and build a box to sink into the spare tire area. Then you have a place to put things ontop of your box.
The other idea is to build a box on each side of the trunk, allowing room in the middle.

Both of these ideas are done extensively in 300zx's (which I own one) so that's where I pulled these ideas from. I cannot confirm the acoustics of either, but you still have trunk space..

back. seat. delete. seriously, who is going to fit back there? i'm only 5'5" and girls shorter than me had trouble with leg room sitting directly behind me.
back seat delete for subs actually gets you more cargo space, IMO

yeah I think the car makes for a better 2 seater anyway. What is sad is I bought brand new seats for my 3000gt 2 weeks before I wrecked my car and was just waiting for the brackets and sliders to come in. Got my money back for the sliders because they were never shipped and I needed the money.

I don't like how much room it takes. Subs have come a long way and I don't think you need that much room for a good sound.

wow I must admit that looks pretty damn good. What brand of subs/amps are those? Did you make the box yourself?
