    94 VR-4 cooling fan circuit

Does anyone know why there are four wires going into the motor of the 94 vr-4 cooling fan? Or a circuit diagram would help I guess. The other fan only has two.

Basically, its because there is a resistor in the circuit.....

OT we find it easier usually to bypass the resistor and jump the relay to get 12v ignition power to the fans at all times. That way you know if your fans are working everytime, its never an issue of wondering if they come on or not.
