240SX LE bad mounts or knocking?

hi all looking for some help not sure what it is since ive never had an engine rock like this
and dont know what knock sounds like heres a video of it

The mounts are obviously shot, but mounts and knocking are completely different things. If the motor moves like that, its the mounts, but you can still be knocking. Also, something isn't running right because if it was, it wouldn't move like that on its own.

changed the mounts but its still rocking and there's the rattling but also a noise while reeving and after reeving
could it be bad gas its been sitting idle for about 7 months now?
any ideas would be helpful

Its not rolling around in the engine bay before. And just from that video, when you rev it its cuts out some but even more noticeable at idle right? Could be rod bearing. It is hard to really tell. What does the oil pressure gauge show?
