Well i finished up my engine swap in July and am almost at 3 months to the day and i think shes toast. I got 2500 kms on it. Ill post a vid tomorrow of the knock, as im sure its bottom end. Sounds just like the engine i swapped out.
I dont drive her nicely, I drive her hard most of the time and everything was just great but i kept it in too high of revs for a few seconds and now she knocks...real bad.
With that being said im not done with this yet. My plans this winter were body so i dropped a couple G on some parts to get it looking nice and new paint this winter so an engine isnt in the budget this go around. Next winter tho is when it will all be happening.
Ive already been planning a bigger setup i was just waiting till next winter. im thinking oem short block, get my heads redone, maybe cams(not to sure if i need them or if its just a waste), DR750s, AEM EMS and of course the rest of the supporting mods. shooting for a reliable 500awhp.

Just figured id share my sad story with you guys and maybe give me some ideas for my setup.
