    VR4 off to get painted

Here is how the car started off:

I've started to take the body parts off the car now:

I bought the Victory hood, and I have some problems with the hood hitting the strut tower, so I'm having the body shop work their magic to make sure it closes right.

Last pic before it goes into the operating room.

Should have it back in 2 weeks.

I'm having it painted Glacier Frost Mica Pearl White.

In for pics, should come out really nice because it looks like it was a very straight clean car to start with. Should be pretty sweet when its all done.

The shop I took it to mostly does classic cars but they want to start branching into the import scene, so I was lucky enough to get in on a good deal. I had a car similar to this years ago, so pretty much I'm just trying to duplicate my old car.

I do remember that. I'll be selling these chrome wheels too. I actually purchased some Enkie RP03 wheels that I'll be putting on the car after it's painted. I might go take some photos this weekend of the prep work being done.
