    Multiple crank sensors killed?

About to put my 4th and final crank sensor (93+) on my 3000gt. Granted, the trigger blade wheel was slightly bent, and thats what i thought was causing the first 2 sensors to go bad, but now i think something may be shorting them out.

The 3rd was used to start the car with the bent trigger blade wheel 3 or 4 times, because at that time i didnt know it was bent. Replaced the crank cog and trigger blade, and it is on good and tight now. Started the car up and drove it for 5 mins or so, and then would not start again after that.

No spark, Injectors arent firing. What could be causing this sensor F up? Could the 3rd sensor been messed up just enough to allow me to start it one more time with a good trigger blade before it gave out?

I haven`t read much about crankwalk on our cars but it may be worth getting someone to pump the clutch while you have a look at the crank pulley to check for in/out movement?.

Are you using loctite on the bolts, if not they can back out, usually not that quick but still possible causing the sensors to go bad.
A bent trigger plate can take out a sensor real fast, and might have been enough to break it but still hang on one more time.
Is one of the wires pinched or cut somewhere causing a short it the sensor. Follow the wires from one end to the other and make sure they are all good.

That must have been the issue. Everything is running well, finally. Thanks for the input.
